A specialist in Human Capital Management, Labour Economics, Industrial Relations, Techniques of Social / Management Research who   participates in research teams and academic initiatives on human resource strategy.

Participating in research planning, and assuming   responsibility for development and publication and dissemination of project results in these areas of enquiry.
